Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 10628069 Canada Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing environment.
This role is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
