Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • B build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Deliver high-quality contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and purchase orders (POs) to business units.
  • E nsure accurate contract documents are used and contain the necessary information from the contract request form.
  • A ssess whether Internal Subject Matter Experts (ISMEs) have reviewed the documents (e.g., Legal, Compliance, IT, HR).
  • C ollaborate with finance business partners on open contract balances and upcoming payments.
  • T rain stakeholders on procurement processes and policies, including delegation of authority and contract processing requirements.
  • D ata cleansing as needed for ERP testing and Go-Live.
  • P erform additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a designation considered an asset.
  • F ast learner with the ability to take direction and accept feedback.
  • A ttention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to prioritize multiple projects with deadlines.
  • S trong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships based on authenticity, credibility, trust, and teamwork.
  • E xcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for articulating information to various stakeholders across cultures and time zones.

Benefits
