Receptionist Coordinator

Aplin is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant parties.
- Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and visitors.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information accurately and clearly.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Reliability: Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
- Teamwork: Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Maturity: Maturity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
