Job Description

Aplin is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors, provide information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
