At First Nails, we are seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs, and activities
  • Schedule work and oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor quality and production levels
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
