Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Regal Nails Salon and Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them efficiently.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We are looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication skills.
