Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail care services, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff
  • Ensure efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a nail salon or related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, efficiency, flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork
