Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians and support staff
  • Ensure that all salon equipment and machinery are in good working order
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus and reliability
