Director of Workstation Sales and Strategy

Lenovo is a global technology leader with a bold vision to deliver smarter technology for all. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our organization as Director - Workstation Specialty Sales.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a diverse team of specialized account managers across the US, driving profitable growth and cultivating long-term relationships with large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic customer acquisition strategy, focusing on retaining current Corporate Accounts clients, and collaborating with Product and Corporate Client Teams to identify and close professional workstation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue, unit, and profitability goals for Lenovo's professional workstation portfolio, including complementary accessories, services, and solutions
- Align sales initiatives to the corporate strategy and financial objectives
- Ownership of weekly sales cadence and forecast governance
- Provide on-going training, coaching, and skills development for team members
- Analyze market opportunities and assess competitive and technology requirements needed to seize business opportunities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
- ~10+ years of experience in commercial technology sales
- Track record of achieving top sales performance with multi-million-dollar quotas
- Relevant technical and industry knowledge
