About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for managing transportation engineering projects and providing technical expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transportation engineering projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex transportation projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
