Parts Inventory Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation, and security of all parts and supplies in the Parts Room.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and stock parts, conducting quality surveys as needed.
- Provide counter service and maintain a clean and organized parts facility.
- Enter necessary data into the C.R.T. system and ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports as required and maintain records of sales and repair orders.
- Order special (non-stock) parts for repair orders and manage cores and parts returns.
- Monitor re-order levels and replenish stock, ensuring minimal downtime for maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a parts room environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
- Computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on location and experience.
