Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Scott Forest Products Ltd.
About the RoleAs an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
You will also be responsible for resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. Additionally, you will train workers in duties and policies, coordinate and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a focus on ensuring that our inventory is properly managed and maintained.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree not required; however, relevant experience and certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
