Job Summary:

We are seeking a temporary part-time Deli Clerk to join our team at our Chappelle Food Store in Edmonton, AB during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, an enthusiastic approach to work, and the ability to handle all deli meats and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers at the Ice Cream Station/Deli Counter
  • Package, wrap, and label prepared foods, meats, cheeses, and other deli items
  • Maintain a display of deli products, ensuring facing, filling, and organization meet company standards
  • Monitor case temperature, clean equipment, and workspaces
  • Perform other duties as required
