Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
