Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Management: Train and develop a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, sales, and wastage. Prepare budget and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and safety.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
