Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant ltd.
Job Summary:The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 3-4 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- First Aid and Food Safety Certificates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relocate for this position.
