Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Persepolis Persian Restaurant ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu requirements.
- Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they are appealing to our customers and meet our quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures.
- 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
