Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pixel Pop Media Services LTD. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring a strong background in technical support and customer service.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. They will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical incidents and resolutions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or related role
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with help desk software, such as JIRA or ServiceNow, is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS
  • Familiarity with network protocols and architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based services, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
