About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, leveraging your analytical skills to inform key changes in our programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough research, providing actionable recommendations, and consulting with key stakeholders to ensure sound policy development. You will also conduct environmental scans, researching best practices on policy initiatives in other jurisdictions to stay informed about current issues and emerging trends.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with legislation and established program standards, while keeping updated on trends. Your ability to work independently and under pressure, with sustained mental pressure, is necessary as there is significant demand from deadlines and conflicting priorities.
