Sales Representative

Graff Concrete ULC, a Penhall Company, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to support existing clients and grow new opportunities in the Toronto region. The ideal candidate will be a fast-paced and energetic individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential buyers, planning, developing, coordinating, and managing onsite construction engineering activities for small projects. They will also be expected to identify new work leads, manage lead follow-up, and record keeping.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients and establish effective contact
- Develop and identify prospects from current clients, referral leads, and other sources
- Manage lead follow-up, record keeping, and information distribution
- Learn to estimate jobs and meet with client management, staff, and supervisory personnel
- Represent the company, project, and/or department during client and project management meetings
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual (English and French)
- Four-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of related construction experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Computer/Office Machines Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
