Associate Vice President, Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our Information Technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a broad IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation
- Manage and provide strategic direction to the IT department, including software development, infrastructure management, and data security
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value
- Ensure all IT systems, processes, and tools are connected and optimized to support our business needs
- Manage IT staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximized technology investments
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology and assess their potential impact on our organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT functions and directing a diverse IT team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and reducing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats
- A thorough understanding of cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with specialized engineering software would be considered an asset
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with industry best practices and advancements in technology
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
