Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a diverse IT team, providing strategic direction and oversight of software development, infrastructure management, and data security.

  • Ensure all IT systems, processes, tools, and data security are connected and optimized to support the company's needs.
  • Manage IT staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximized technology investments.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, assessing their potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT functions and directing a diverse IT team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and reducing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats.
  • A thorough understanding of cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with specialized engineering software would be considered an asset.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and advancements in technology.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
