- 20+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing IT functions and directing a diverse IT team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and reducing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats.
- A thorough understanding of cybersecurity, software development, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with specialized engineering software would be considered an asset.

- Familiarity with industry best practices and advancements in technology.
