About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Miku Restaurant Toronto LTD. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Planning: Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements for our restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure that we provide excellent customer service and meet our sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
