Business Unit Director

At Arcadis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Unit Director to lead our Buildings Engineering team in Canada. As a key member of our Places Business Area, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and leading a diverse team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Buildings Engineering business unit.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement plans to capture these opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business unit financial performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in the business unit.
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Director with a strong background in engineering, business development, and leadership. You should have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and leading high-performing teams. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
