Position Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at REDEN CLEAN LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of cleaning personnel.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning teams.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
