Position Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at REDEN CLEAN LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning team operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Support cleaning staff in executing their duties
  • Collaborate with other departments to align work activities
  • Create and manage work schedules for cleaning teams
