Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare financial plans and cost assessments for cleaning operations.
  • Manage payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning teams.
