Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Branch Manager I. This position is responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer-facing skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
