Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager I to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Business Growth
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in the banking industry
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
