Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager I to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small-sized branch and team, promoting a positive customer and colleague experience, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small-sized branch and team, ensuring excellent customer service and colleague engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Lead and coach a team of service and advice colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Oversee branch operations, including customer transactions, branch maintenance, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging issues, and apply this knowledge to drive business decisions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or equivalent certification.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
