Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at A1 Form Rentals Ltd. as a key member of our accounting department.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and performing various other accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
