About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at 485975 B.C. LTD. DBA Sussex Insurance. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.

  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
