**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead team in promoting sales, helping them with sales skills & meeting their goals
- Schedule work hours for office team members
- Payroll submission to payroll department
- Assistance with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Autoplan business
- Ensure procedures are followed by all employees
- Communicate with Head Office regularly

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Minimum Level 3 General Insurance Agent License
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong coaching abilities
- Knowledgeable in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines and Autoplan Insurance
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Management experience (minimum 2 years)
- Be flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Computer skills required with working knowledge of Word & Excel

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Level 2 General Insurance License (required)
