Food Service Supervisor

CABIN COFFEE is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet the needs of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and budgeting, including inventory levels, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
