Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 4519457 Nova Scotia Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
