Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kuber Enterprise Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
