Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payment applications in SAP and HighRadius, and reconcile accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the department.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify control gaps and recommend remediation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement electronic solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills to engage with business partners and contribute to excellent customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive rational solutions for optimal results.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating facts and making informed decisions.
  • Intermediate experience with Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Outlook).
  • Data entry skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Previous experience with SAP would be considered an asset.
  • Very good understanding of basic accounting principles.
