Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000 per year for this full-time position, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, eligible employees also receive:

Job Description: Senior Insurance Data Analyst

In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing the sustainability and profitability of group insurance solutions provided to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing proposals for our internal sales teams, conducting comparisons and evaluating risk to determine pricing for various proposals, supporting the Employee Benefits Service team in consideration of plan design changes for existing clients, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in application of analysis practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, or equivalent working experience
  • 1 year of experience in an Analyst or Underwriter position (asset)
  • MS Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing
