At Natural Factors, we're seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to play a key role in expense reporting, analysis, and budget development for our Bangalore Operations and Canada Operations. This position involves performing in-depth analysis, tracking data, and developing applications, reports, worksheets, and procedures to support these processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on expense variances and forecast results based on findings
  • Maintain and manage all expense analysis and reporting worksheets
  • Develop and maintain budget tools
  • Audit and report on medical fees payments made by Group Disability operations
  • Provide financial reporting and reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Cultivate effective relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are accurately documented and updated in real-time
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Experience creating, modifying, and maintaining financial models
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with the team and other audiences across the organization
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and fluctuating workloads
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access, with experience in SAP and Power BI being an asset
  • Ability to excel within a purpose-driven environment
