About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, B.C. This is an exciting opportunity for a Relief Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess patients and develop individualized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • To provide direct patient care through a variety of interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and education.
  • To collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
  • To promote person-centered care by demonstrating empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
  • To teach patients and families about illness prevention, health restoration, and health maintenance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Salary and Benefits
