At Quest-Tech Inc, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Group Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical technicians in the maintenance and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine work requirements
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment
  • Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts as needed
  • Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors to ensure optimal performance
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and functionality
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
