Job Title: General Store Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled General Store Operations Manager to join our team at T&P Elegant Nails Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of success in managing daily store operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of accounting software and inventory control systems.
