Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Lancer Group International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production schedules and duty assignments to ensure the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in developing and implementing production schedules, evaluating daily operations, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, reading blueprints and drawings, and developing equipment maintenance schedules.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for supervising and training employees, as well as planning and implementing changes to machinery and equipment. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments
- Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are available as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including reading blueprints and drawings
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
- Supervise and train employees, as well as plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing or operations management
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing operations role
- Strong technical skills, including experience with production scheduling software and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
