Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Lancer Group International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in project management software.
