Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Lancer Group International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain Inventory: Oversee the maintenance of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the efficient operation of daily activities, including equipment maintenance and quality control inspections.
- Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production and maintenance of equipment.
- Develop Equipment Maintenance Schedules: Create and manage equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Direct Quality Control Inspections: Oversee quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Hire, Supervise and Train Employees: Recruit, train, and supervise employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Develop and implement systems to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stockouts.
- Plan and Implement Changes: Develop and implement plans to improve manufacturing processes, including the implementation of new equipment and production methods.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in project management software, database software, and spreadsheet applications.
- Type of Industry Experience: Experience in the chemical, plastic, or printing and publishing industries.
