Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Lancer Group International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement just-in-time inventory systems to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing operations role, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
