Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, direct intervention, consultation, and education to clients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients to identify their needs and develop individualized plans
  • Provide direct intervention, including therapy sessions and education
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills
