Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing rehabilitation services to patients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Provide direct intervention, consultation, and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
