Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating rehabilitation services for children and adult populations using a client-centered, goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Provide direct intervention, consultation, and education to clients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in clinic supervision and training for students and provisional members
  • Contribute to the education of other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent entry-level requirement in Occupational Therapy
  • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM)
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email/outlook
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
