We're seeking a skilled Senior Inspector to join our Contract Administration team in the Transportation sector. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on MTO and municipal projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and document contractor compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor.
  • Prepare daily site observation reports and maintain a daily photograph log.
  • Assist the Contract Administrator in preparing internal and external reports.
  • Review contractor submissions for compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Confirm contractor employee qualifications and certifications.
  • Communicate with stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Senior inspection experience.
  • Registration with OACETT as a P.Eng., P.L.(Eng.), R.C.S.I., or R.C.C.A.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of MTO CAIS Manual and CMS.
  • Thorough understanding of design standards and methods associated with municipal/highway construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Previous experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset.
